Our standard cleanings are designed to maintain the cleanliness of your home. At Dirt Devils Cleaning Co. in Kamloops, we recommend this option if you just need a basic cleaning, or if you want to maintain your home after having a deep or annual cleaning. If your home has not had a heavy/detail clean within the last 6 months you might want to consider our deep or annual cleaning to get your home in shape before having a standard cleaning.

Please Note: We do not pull out appliances; we are happy to clean under or behind the appliances provided you move them out prior to our arrival. Also we do not clean blinds, under staircases, crawl spaces or in unfinished basements/concrete areas. 

 

Kitchens

Our standard cleaning checklist for kitchens includes:

• Cupboards/drawers wiped down
• Fridge, stove, dishwasher fronts wiped down
• Coffee maker, toaster oven, canisters, etc. wiped down
• Microwave cleaned inside and out
• Countertops/backsplash cleaned
• Objects on countertops moved and cleaned under/behind
• Top of oven/hood fan cleaned
• Light switches and windowsills wiped
• Sinks and faucets cleaned and disinfected
• Top of fridge wiped off if uncluttered and accessible
• Patio glass doors cleaned inside if applicable
• Table/breakfast bar cleaned
• Stove top/controls cleaned
• Floors swept/floors washed

Living/Family/Dining Rooms

Our standard cleaning checklist for living/family/dining rooms includes:

• Coffee/end tables cleaned
• Table lamps wiped/dusted
• Side tables/knickknack items removed/dusted
• Shelves - items removed (within reason) and dusted
• Dining room table cleaned
• Windowsills/light switches cleaned
• Mirrors/glass/patio doors cleaned as applicable
• Stairs vacuumed, floors washed and/or both
• All throw rugs shaken outside and/or vacuumed
• Any dishes/glasses removed to dishwasher
• Picture tops/glass dusted as needed or requested
• Cobwebs removed as seen in corners or on fixtures

 

Entrances/Hallways/Stairs

Our standard cleaning checklist for entrances/hallways/stairs includes:

• Shoes/boots/rugs removed to outside
• Floors swept or vacuumed
• Stairs vacuumed/swept and or washed
• Hallways vacuumed/cobwebs removed
• Shelves/picture tops dusted
• Mirrors/glass cleaned
• Windowsills/light switches cleaned
• Floors washed

 

Bedrooms

Our standard cleaning checklist for bedrooms includes:

• Dressers/night stand tops cleaned and/or dusted
• Mirrors cleaned
• Lamps dusted
• Shelves dusted if applicable
• Floors/throw rugs vacuumed
• Televisions/VCRs/DVD players wiped and/or dusted
• Windowsills/light switches cleaned

 

Bathrooms/En Suites

Our standard cleaning checklist for bathrooms and en suites includes:

• Sinks/faucets and countertops cleaned and disinfected
• Bathtub and tiles cleaned and disinfected
• Showers cleaned and disinfected
• Shower glass cleaned inside and out
• Mirrors cleaned
• Toilet bowls/seats/lids/base cleaned and disinfected
• Soap dishes/dispenser washed out, shelves wiped down
• Floors swept and washed, any throw rugs vacuumed or shaken
