All exterior storage cabinets, closets and doors washed, all light fixtures wiped and/or dusted, mirrors, sinks and floors washed, all carpets vacuumed, and all couches and or chairs wiped or vacuumed as needed. This ensures a fresh and clean space for your next adventure. NOTE: if you require anything else done please enquire about it at the time of booking.

• Power source provided: : No power? No problem!! We can bring our own portable generator if needed.

*Please Note: we do NOT shampoo carpets or wash blinds we do however vacuum carpets and dust all blinds.

* Please Note: if you want the the insides of cabinets, drawers, pantry's, closets and storage areas washed please ensure to EMPTY them for us and let us know.

*Please Note: units that have had mouse infestation MUST be disclosed at the time of booking or you will be charged an additional 50% service fee, on top of your booking fee. We use specific equipment for this type of cleaning and must know prior to our arrival.
